Privacy Policy — Findoo (English)

The Findoo mobile application (package com.guxos.findoo), published by Guxos (https://guxos.com), is built on 100% user consent and privacy-by-design.

1. Location Data Collection & Usage (On-Demand Ping Only)

Zero continuous tracking: Findoo never tracks your location continuously. Your GPS remains turned off 99.9% of the time.
On-demand ephemeral Ping: Location permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION, and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION) are used for only 3–4 seconds when a trusted contact you explicitly paired with (via a 6-digit code) requests a "Ping", even when the app is in the background or the screen is off.
Mandatory visible notification: Every incoming Ping displays a visible high-priority notification (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) on your device and logs the event in your Transparency Log.
Full user control: You can pause location sharing at any time in 1 tap using the Global Pause Shield or revoke any contact immediately.

2. Other Data & Advertising

Minimal Profile: Display name / first name chosen by the user and an authenticated session identifier.
Battery Level: Shared alongside the one-time location coordinate during an authorized Ping.
Google AdMob: Findoo displays ads via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) during the radar wait screen and optional rewarded video ads. AdMob may use the device advertising ID in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Data Sharing & Retention

Your one-time Ping coordinates are shared exclusively with the loved ones you explicitly authorized in your Circle. We never sell, rent, or trade your location data to third parties.

4. Account & Personal Data Deletion (GDPR & Google Play Data Safety)

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (profile, connections, and Ping history) at any time:

Inside the App: Go to Profile & System → tap "Delete My Account & Data (GDPR)" (immediate and irreversible deletion).
On the Web (without the app): Visit our dedicated deletion page at https://guxos.com/delete-account.

L'application mobile Findoo (package com.guxos.findoo), éditée par Guxos (https://guxos.com), est conçue selon le principe du respect absolu de la vie privée et du consentement explicite.

1. Collecte et Utilisation des Données de Localisation (GPS Ponctuel)

Aucun suivi continu : Findoo ne collecte et ne suit jamais votre position géographique en continu. Votre GPS reste éteint 99,9 % du temps.
Déclenchement ponctuel sur demande (Ping) : L'application utilise les permissions de localisation uniquement pendant 3 à 4 secondes lorsqu'un proche que vous avez explicitement lié (via un code éphémère à 6 chiffres) vous envoie un « Ping ».
Transparence totale : Chaque Ping entrant affiche obligatoirement une notification système visible sur votre téléphone et est inscrit dans votre Journal de Transparence.
Contrôle utilisateur : Vous pouvez suspendre toute réponse GPS à tout moment en 1 clic via le Mode Pause Global ou révoquer n'importe quel proche instantanément.

2. Suppression du Compte et des Données (RGPD)

Vous pouvez supprimer définitivement votre compte et l'intégralité de vos données à tout moment depuis l'application (Profil & Système → Supprimer mon compte et mes données) ou sur le Web via https://guxos.com/delete-account.
